Some of the powerful techniques don’t even require you to share the issue. You just hold it in mind while I guide you through mind–body exercises that shift your emotional and behavioural responses—quickly and effectively.

SURPASS outdated patterns and behaviours to unlock your potential

Until we learn the lesson, certain patterns may continue repeating in our lives. You can change jobs, house, partners, etc, but until you change yourself, the world around you will continue bringing you similar challenges. This element is about helping you to get the message from recurring patterns and using that to evolve. It is also about getting out of the social conditioning and interrupting automatic habits, mental and physical, which no longer serve you. In replacement, I help you to listen to your true self understand what really makes you happy and brings meaning to your life.

There is a positive intention behind everything we do, even if that is not really helping you to grow and be happy. Our habits are trying to satisfy a deep need which often we are not aware of. You may be eating a piece of cake to experience comfort or love, drinking to escape from emotions you don’t want to feel, smoking to deal with anxiety, scrolling because you lack purpose. These behaviours may help us to cope with life challenges however, they also prevent us from growing and using all our potential. When we try supress what we really feel through those distractions, we also supress parts of who we are and hinder our potential. Through this approach, I help you to identify the deeper need behind your current behaviours and implement more helpful and appropriate habits to satisfy them.

HEAL from the past and nurture emotional and mental well-being

You can’t change the past but you can change how that affects you. Through work on the subconscious mind, I help you to reframe the past, take any lessons and activate the mental and emotional states that you need to deal with life challenges.

When we get upset, or experience difficult emotions about something that happens, often it is not only related to what just happened but because that event triggered emotions associated with past memories. These memories can come from childhood and we may not even consciously recall them. I help you to deal with the hidden root cause and unlock your inner resources so that your emotions are less affected by external things.

It is also important to focus on what we want rather than what we don’t want. It’s common that people try to avoid the repetition of what they experienced in the past and all they do is attracting the same. When you set a goal, set it in positive terms. For example, say I will feel calm and peaceful, rather than saying I don’t want to feel nervous. When you set a goal, subconsciously you will be directing your attention to the opportunities around you to make that happen. The subconscious mind don’t deal well with the word NO, it has to create that representation as if you didn’t use the word NO and it’s confusing. It’s like you say to your friend don’t be offended but… (and no matter you say after that they already felt offended).

IGNITE self-love, confidence, courage and motivation

Much of the self-sabotage comes from lack of self-love and self-confidence. If you don’t believe you deserve or are capable of achieving what you want, you don’t do what is needed to create the reality you want. Or you may deceive yourself by taking certain actions, but your progress is inconsistent can even go back, as you at times even take actions that work against you.

I help you to overcome fears, insecurities, guilt and lack of self-believe so that you can go fully for what you want and feel empowered to be yourself. We also identify and replace limiting beliefs by empowering beliefs and self-trust; and I help you to gain clarity of what is really important to you. When you have a strong why, you find the energy to overcome the obstacles on the way.

The aim is that you live with authenticity and purpose, finding the inspiration and motivation to keep making meaningful progress.

FREE yourself from subconscious blocks and limitations

A big part of the work I do happens in the subconscious level because that's where the effective transformation happens. We know that we want to do things differently but we don't know how nor are aware of what is holding us back. For example, we can continue having unhealthy habits despite the awareness of their detrimental effects because they satisfy a need which we often we don't even know what it is or where it's coming from, it's in the subconscious mind.

Sometimes, things that hold us back come from earlier experiences from even the childhood, this includes limiting beliefs, fears and insecurities.

I use techniques that enable us let go of limiting beliefs, reframe things from the past and change the way they affect us. We can also identify the needs we are trying to satisfy through the current habits and find healthier ways to satisfy them.

What is NLP and how does it work?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful approach to personal transformation that enables a shift in your mental and emotional states, as well as your patterns of thought and behaviour. It uses a variety of tools that work with the subconscious mind to:

What is the difference between Life Coaching and Therapy?

Therapy often explores past issues and clinical concerns. Coaching can be a powerful complement to therapy if you are ready to take action and move forward.

What happens in a 1:1 coaching session?

Even when we work through more challenging issues, the process is positive and solution-focused. We briefly acknowledge negative emotions to extract useful insights, then move into a more resourceful state where change happens.

What kind of NLP techniques are used?
